Program. Personal Pathways sends one-to-one text messages to families, participants, guardians, and service coordinators who have agreed to receive texts. Messages are about scheduling, meeting reminders, paperwork, and questions about your services. We do not send marketing or bulk messages.

How you opt in. By checking "Yes" to texts on our intake form, by telling us during a call that we may text you, or by texting our business number first.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversations with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts. Reply START to sign up again.
