Personal Pathways LLC ("Personal Pathways," "we") sends text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive texts about our independent facilitation services.

What we collect. Your mobile number, your name, and the messages we exchange.

How we use it. Only to communicate with you about your services with us: scheduling and confirming meetings, reminders about paperwork, and answering your questions.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messages with anyone for marketing. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with the service providers who deliver our text messages (Microsoft), or when required by law.

How we protect it. Messages are kept in our business Microsoft 365 account, which is protected by sign-in security.

Your choices. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also call us to change your preferences.
